  • What is your drop-off/pick-up procedure?
My normal hours of operation are from 9:00am-9:00pm. Please narrow your desired drop-off/pick-up time to a 1-hour window and try to arrive on time, so it does not interfere with another scheduled booking or appointment. A quick text letting me know you are on your way is very much appreciated! I will meet you in front of my home when you arrive. *Please avoid walking up to my home without notice or knocking on the door, as this may startle and upset other dogs in my care. Thank you for understanding.
  • What if I'm late picking up or I want to pick up earlier than expected?
I understand things happen and will do my best to accommodate last minute changes. If you need me to keep your dog extra time that exceeds the time frame you booked, it will either roll over to my daycare or overnight boarding rates, depending on how much time you need. If you would like to pick up earlier than scheduled, there is no extra charge. If you are seeking a refund for an early pick up, please refer to my cancellation policy.
  • What makes you a "holistic" pet care provider?
There are plenty of great pet sitters out there, but what sets me apart from others is that I try my best to live a holistic and eco-conscious lifestyle. I don't use harsh chemicals in my home - all my cleaning products are pet safe & eco-friendly. I use certified compostable poop bags, hypoallergenic detergent when washing dog beds & blankets, and I give all my guests filtered water. I also strive to make my home environment calming, dog-friendly and limit the number of guests to no more than 2-3 at a time. We will go on walks, go to the park, play, watch movies, relax, and just enjoy life! Thank you for your interest in my services. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
